Should prisoners be allowed to vote?
« on: November 22, 2012, 07:52:18 AM »
The UK government is in an ongoing legal challenge with the EU, because the EU say prisoners should be allowed to vote and the UK government is trying to fight that decision.

What do you think?

Hmm, tricky one that, but, I think yes, and no. Short term prisoners in for minor offenses, yes, hardened criminals, murderers, child molesters etc, no.... :-\ :-\ :-\

Probably at odds with most here but I feel if you break the law then you should have no say in who makes the law but then I also feel that this should apply to ALL classes of society and many current parasites within Westminster would be barred from office under this criteria as they all have a tendency to lie profusely about anything.
