2 seater sofa. The fabric is a bit stained but it's pretty comfortable and would be fine with a throw over it.

BBC Privatisation Bill - Peter Bone (withdrawn)
Margaret Thatcher Day Bill - Peter Bone (2nd reading TBA)
Department of Energy and Climate Change (Abolition) Bill - Peter Bone (withdrawn)
Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (Abolition) Bill - Peter Bone (withdrawn)
Electoral Register (Access to Public Services) Bill 2013-14 - Siobhain McDonagh (2nd reading 13th June)
European Communities Act 1972 (Repeal) Bill - Philip Hollobone
Withdrawal from the European Union Bill - Christopher Chope
Wind Farm Subsidies (Abolition) Bill - Peter Bone
Withdrawal from the European Convention of Human Rights and Removal of Alleged Terrorists Bill - Peter Bone (withdrawn)

Why Bother With Fracking?
Professor Chris Rhodes

Our speaker this evening is environmental and energy expert, Professor Chris Rhodes. Professor Rhodes will give an overall view of the peak oil problem and the lack of any technological fix to the consequent liquid fuels crisis.

After discussing resource supply problems in general, he will move onto the media hype over fracking etc. compared to true levels of gas and oil that might be exhumed, and then to the shortages of metals such as rare elements for electric cars and wind turbines. He will conclude that, as a result, technology isn’t going to be our salvation and so we need to adapt our behaviour, leading to thinking locally and Transition Towns as the final optimistic solution.

Professor Rhodes has a very informative website at
